An October 2008 Marist Poll finds 60 percent of Americans
take one of three pro-life positions opposing all or most
abortions. 60 percent of Americans say abortions should never
be allowed or only in the rarest of circumstances.

abortions should only be allowed to save the life of the
mother. 32 percent say abortions should be allowed in that
rare case and when the mother is a victim of rape or incest.

There's good pro-life news at the Nevada legislature. The
so-called Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) is DEAD.
AJR3, the bill to have Nevada ratify so called Equal Rights
Amendment (ERA) to the United States Constitution, is dead-for this
session.
It died due to "Joint Standing Rule No. 14.3.1, no further
action allowed."

HR 1964) was introduced into Congress in response to
the Supreme Court decision Gonzales v. Carhart and

FOCA is being marketed as a bill to “codify Roe,” which is
