Planned Parenthood Is Wrong:

Care Reform
Dear Right To Life Friend,
Opponents of taxpayer funding of abortion and rationing
of health care are not against all health care reform;
and abortion is NOT healthcare.
Planned Parenthood Is Wrong: We Oppose Taxpayer Funding
Of Abortion, Not All Health Care Reform
Abortion advocates like Planned Parenthood, their local
spokeswoman Alison Gauldin and other abortion radicals
are trying to paint opponents of taxpayer funding of
abortion as opposing all health care reform when what we
really oppose is taxpayer funding of abortion, rationing
of health care and harming conscience rights for medical
personnel, facilities and insurance providers.
That's why
Gauldin said "opponents of health -care reform are
using abortion as a red herring to undermine real
solutions to our health care crisis," that
Nevada LIFE seems "willing to use scare tactics and
lies to prevent needed health care reform," and that
our op-ed "spread misinformation about abortion
coverage to stall health care reform." There they go
again.
Almost all Americans want health care reform of some
kind, but it can't be at the expense of hundreds of
thousands of more abortions a year, rationing of health
care and trampling on conscience rights. The absolutely
pro-life Catholic Bishops are pushing for health care
from womb to tomb, but the Bishops do not support such a
plan at the expense of unborn children, no matter how
good they think it might be.
The public opposes taxpayer funding of abortion and
they oppose forcing private insurance companies to cover
abortion. If abortion is excluded from the health
care bill, no current benefits will be lost.
Planned Parenthood wants the new taxpayer funded
abortion benefit to stay in the health care bill. If
needed health care reforms go down in flames, it will be
because of their obsession with abortion. Planned
Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in the
United States.
Finally, abortion is NOT health care. Abortion cures no
illness, injury or disease.
If you have not called or emailed your congressman and
senators and asked them "to exclude abortion from any
health care plan and to oppose any health care plan that
does not exclude abortion," please do so now, even if
you congressman and senator want abortion excluded.
